Anbernic Releases Trailer Detailing RG Vita and RG Vita Pro Portable Consoles

Anbernic has officially unveiled a new trailer for its anticipated portable gaming consoles, the RG Vita and RG Vita Pro. This detailed video provides retro gaming enthusiasts with an in-depth look at the devices from various angles and discloses their full specifications, with a market release expected in the near future.

The standard **RG Vita** model is equipped with a 5.46-inch IPS touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. It is powered by a Unisoc Tiger T618 chip, coupled with a Mali-G52 MP2 graphics processor. The console features 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5. It runs on the Android 12 operating system and is supplied with a 5000 mAh battery.

Stepping up, the **RG Vita Pro** variant also features a 5.46-inch display, but with a sharper 1920×1080 pixel resolution. This model utilizes a more powerful RK3576 chip and a Mali-G52 MC3 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Enhanced connectivity is provided by Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. The RG Vita Pro offers a dual-boot operating system, running both Android 14 and Linux, and is also powered by a 5000 mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging (5V/9V).

Both Anbernic RG Vita models include a microSD card slot, supporting expandable storage up to 2TB.
