Today marks the exciting debut of two anticipated titles on Xbox Game Pass, significantly broadening their accessibility to a global audience of players.
As of April 2nd, Xbox Game Pass subscribers can embark on an adventure with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. This critically acclaimed title, already lauded as a strong contender for “Game of the Year 2025” at The Game Awards 2025 and having received numerous other accolades, masterfully blends stylish turn-based strategy with engaging real-time action. Players will be immersed in an atmospheric world richly inspired by France’s Belle Époque. While the project might have been accessible in certain subscription tiers previously, its integration into the broader Game Pass service ensures a much wider player base can now experience its unique offering.
In addition to this major release, Microsoft has also introduced Barbie Horse Trails to the Xbox Game Pass library. This serene open-world adventure invites players to explore the picturesque Canterbury Park atop their loyal horse, Lucky. The gameplay focuses on leisurely activities such as photography and discovering hidden treasures, offering a relaxing and engaging experience for all.
Both Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Barbie Horse Trails are now immediately accessible for play on PC and Xbox consoles.
