Final Fantasy IV Joins Xbox Game Pass

Xbox Game Pass subscribers can now dive into the classic Japanese RPG, Final Fantasy IV, starting today.

The game is accessible to subscribers of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Xbox Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass, playable across consoles, PC, and via cloud streaming.

Final Fantasy IV is widely recognized as a seminal title in JRPG history. The story unfolds in the Kingdom of Baron, which embarks on an aggressive expansion. The protagonist, knight Cecil, joins forces with Kain, Rosa, Rydia, and others to combat this looming threat. The game remains highly praised for its compelling narrative, profound character development, and its foundational contributions to the genre for years to come.

This addition follows the earlier inclusion of Final Fantasy I, II, and III to Xbox Game Pass, hinting that this might be just the beginning. Expectations are high for Final Fantasy V and VI to join the catalog in the near future.
