Nioh 3 Reaches One Million Sales Milestone, Receives Major Patch 1.04 with Free Bonuses
Team Ninja studio has released a significant update, version 1.04, for the popular game Nioh 3. This patch, available since March 10th on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam, commemorates an impressive achievement: Nioh 3 sales have surpassed one million copies. The entire Nioh franchise has collectively sold over ten million units.
In celebration of this momentous occasion, the developers are providing all active players with a free equipment set, including the Thunderous Warrior Armor and Thunderous Ninja Attire. These cosmetic items are automatically added to players' inventory without any additional conditions.
Update 1.04 also introduces a series of important gameplay enhancements. The amount of "Glory" earned from completing multiplayer missions has been increased, and the likelihood of better-equipped gear dropping after successfully finishing "Shogun's Journey" has been improved. Furthermore, the material cost required for "Soul Matching" has been reduced, significantly simplifying the process of acquiring optimal late-game equipment.
In addition to these changes, cutscenes that previously rendered at 30 FPS now support 60 FPS, making them smoother and more visually engaging. The developers have also fixed numerous bugs related to Martial Arts, the parrying system, boss behavior, and progress in both main story and side quests.
The release of Patch 1.04 demonstrates the developers' ongoing commitment to supporting the game and their dedication to enhancing the gameplay experience for the Nioh 3 community.
