House Flipper Goes Free: Player Count Surges to 76,000 on Steam

House Flipper, a flagship title from Polish publisher PlayWay, has captivated a vast audience and millions of players over its eight-year lifespan.

Despite selling 7 million copies, the game still had a significant pool of potential players who had yet to experience it. While FrozenWay launched a sequel during this period, the original House Flipper continued to thrive, particularly during sales events offering discounts of up to 90%. Now, the publisher has taken an even bolder step.

Following its release as a free-to-play title on Steam yesterday, the game’s concurrent player count skyrocketed to an impressive 76,000. This figure places House Flipper’s popularity among other acclaimed Polish titles like Dying Light and The Witcher 3.

  • The Witcher 3 – 103,329 players
  • House Flipper – 76,109 players
  • Dying Light – 45,876 players
