Developers have responded to community feedback by significantly enhancing the technical state and cooperative experience of Lords of the Fallen (2023).

In early April, CI Games revisited Lords of the Fallen (2023), releasing a substantial update primarily focused on improving the game’s cooperative mode.

This update significantly broadens the capabilities of guest players (those utilizing Friend’s Pass) within the shared progression mode.

Guest players can now: upgrade their equipment, interact with NPC vendors, utilize respawn points, teleport between Vestiges and plant Vestige seeds, skip cutscenes, and initiate boss encounters.

Additionally, the April patch for Lords of the Fallen includes various technical fixes and performance optimizations, particularly for the Steam Deck.

Meanwhile, CI Games is currently developing the highly anticipated sequel, Lords of the Fallen II.
