Nikita Buyanov, the head of Battlestate Games, has confirmed that the main version of Escape from Tarkov will also receive an update to the Unity 6 engine. This announcement follows the studio’s earlier revelation of a similar engine upgrade for Escape from Tarkov: Arena, which prompted player speculation about the core game adopting the new engine as well.
