Capcom has shared new details about the upcoming content for their latest title, Resident Evil Requiem, promising both a significant story expansion and several smaller updates.

According to project producer Koshi Nakanishi, a story-driven downloadable content (DLC) is currently in development. While specific details are still sparse, Nakanishi confirmed that this expansion will allow players to “delve deeper into the world of Requiem.” The development team cautions that creating this DLC will require considerable time, and as such, no definitive release date has been announced yet.

In the more immediate future, several updates are already planned. A new Photo Mode will soon be introduced, enabling players to capture and compose their own staged screenshots during gameplay. Additionally, a new mini-game is in the works, with its release tentatively scheduled for May. Further information regarding this mini-game has not yet been revealed.
