Starfield: Bethesda Unveils Free Lanes Update with Enhanced Space Travel

Bethesda Softworks has announced a significant Free Lanes update for its role-playing game Starfield, aimed at improving gameplay and adding new content. The developers have released a trailer showcasing the key changes.

One of the main innovations will be an advanced system for inter-planetary space travel. Players will gain more freedom in moving between planets, significantly reducing the constant need to access in-game menus. An autopilot function will also be introduced, allowing players to engage in other activities on board their ship during long journeys.

Furthermore, the progression system for characters and equipment will be expanded. A new resource called X-Tech will be added to the game, enabling players to upgrade their gear. Item storage convenience will also increase: access to a universal storage container will be available from any outpost.

The release of the Free Lanes update for Starfield is scheduled for April 7th.
