Within the narrative, the Black Tusk faction intensifies its assaults on the city, and in the Escalation mode, players must defend their positions to the very end.
Developers are significantly increasing the game’s difficulty, escalating the threat within the urban environment, and introducing a new item rarity class called Prototype Gear. These new missions are expected to provide an exciting season finale, maintaining player interest until the next content release. If Ubisoft continues to deliver high-quality updates, this could signal a successful return to form for the series.
