The update dramatically enhances the game`s social features with the following competitive modes:

• Fourball Mode: This format allows two teams of two users to compete head-to-head. Crucially, only the score of the highest-scoring member from each team counts toward the total, emphasizing strategic performance.
• Flash 3 Holes Mode: Catering to players looking for quick competition, this mode offers bite-sized matches conducted over just three holes.
• Scramble Mode: A four-player collaborative mode where the group selects the best shot among the four participants to determine the starting point for the next swing, requiring close teamwork and communication.

Remastered Courses and Improved Stability

The Playoff Edition doesn`t just focus on competition; it also revives classic environments. The update features the return of two completely remastered courses: Forest Parkland and Tropical Paradise. Players can now enjoy 9- and 18-hole matches on these beautifully redesigned maps.

These new additions complement the original Golden Dunes course and the seven existing, real-life featured courses already available in the game, which include internationally recognized venues like the iconic St. Andrews Old Course and Royal County Down.
