EA Sports F1 25 Unveils Movie Character Driver Ratings

The highly anticipated `F1 The Movie` has premiered in cinemas, and its exclusive crossover content for EA Sports F1 25 is now accessible to players who purchased the Iconic Edition of the game. For other players, six distinct single-player scenarios, directly inspired by the film`s narrative, are available for individual purchase as downloadable content.

Additionally, Iconic Edition owners gain the unique opportunity to embody Sonny Hayes and Joshua Pearce within the Career Mode, guiding the APXGP team to victory in the virtual world championship through My Team. It`s important to note that, unlike the standalone scenarios, access to these two character-based features is limited to players who acquire the DLC prior to July 11.

In-Game Driver Statistics Revealed

Curious about the in-game capabilities of Hayes and Pearce? Brad Pitt`s veteran character, Sonny Hayes, boasts an impressive overall rating (OVR) of 87, featuring high stats: 94 for Experience, 93 for Racecraft, 88 for Awareness, and 84 for Pace. This places Hayes on par with top-tier drivers like McLaren`s Oscar Piastri, who is currently leading the real-world championship standings.

Meanwhile, the young prodigy Joshua Pearce is rated at an 82 OVR, comparable to the highly-regarded Japanese driver Yuki Tsunoda. Pearce`s attributes include 75 Experience, 80 Racecraft, 79 Awareness, and 85 Pace, representing a solid foundation of skills with significant room for development.

Unlike the real F1 drivers within the game, who experience dynamic rating changes based on their ongoing performance, Hayes and Pearce`s ratings remain static and will not fluctuate.

Gamers who successfully complete all six movie-inspired race scenarios, set at iconic circuits such as Silverstone, Monza, Zandvoort, Mexico City, Spa-Francorchamps, and Abu Dhabi, will be rewarded with Sonny Hayes` helmet. This cosmetic item can then be utilized in both F1 World and Driver Career modes.
