Former Halo Studios Art Director Alleges Bullying and Wrongful Termination

It appears the atmosphere at Halo Studios is far from healthy. Former art director Glenn Israel recently came forward with serious allegations against the studio’s leadership.

He claims that favoritism and the bullying of disfavored employees are rampant within the studio:

“From January 2024 to June 2025, I personally witnessed or was subjected to numerous unethical and/or illegal actions perpetrated by Halo Studios management. These include, but are not limited to: blacklisting, fraud, pervasive nepotism and favoritism (manifested in interference with hiring and career progression), and multiple bullying campaigns aimed at coercing employees into ‘voluntary’ resignations.”

Israel recounted that after he filed complaints, a representative from Global Employee Relations threatened him with “retaliation” and “promised to shut down any further investigation.”

He asserts that in July of last year, over four days, management harassed him and fabricated “evidence” against him to create an “artificial basis for termination.”

Ultimately, Israel states that in August, his art team was temporarily reassigned from an unannounced project to another, and his position was then presented as “redundant.” According to the former art director, this was an “obvious act of retaliation” for his complaints.

He was allegedly promised an investigation into this “act of retaliation,” but in reality, “not even a superficial investigation was conducted, as they refused to interview key witnesses identified in the initial complaints.”

He strongly advises against working at Halo Studios.
