The gaming community is undertaking a major update for the beloved classic.
Following the recent reveal of an unofficial RTX remaster for Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, modders have now unveiled their ambitious plans for a "Community Edition" of the game:
"It is with great pride and joy that I announce our team, with the approval of Ubisoft and the support of Valve, is actively working on a fan-made 'Community Edition' of Dark Messiah, leveraging the latest Source 1 SDK! While full details are still under wraps, this new version will notably ensure much greater stability and, crucially, provide direct access to the source code for future expansions and fixes.
