Offroad Games, established by a group of former Space Ape Games employees, revealed the acquisition in a statement on LinkedIn, describing it as a "tremendously exciting new chapter" for the company.

In their announcement, Offroad Games extended gratitude to its team members and all those who supported the studio during its spin-out phase.
