Developers at TeamKill Media have revisited their project Code Violet, often dubbed a "spiritual successor to Dino Crisis," and released a significant content update, reaffirming their commitment to supporting the game.

A key addition is the new mode called Extinction Gauntlet. This mode comprises three sequential stages, and players will be rewarded for successfully completing them. Rewards include infinite ammunition, a new weapon, and a unique costume for the protagonist. However, it's important to note that the mode presents a serious challenge: if you fail at any stage, you'll have to restart the run from the beginning. Each Extinction Gauntlet attempt starts without any weapons, forcing players to gradually build their arsenal and "loadout" as they progress.

Furthermore, the developers have optimized the enemy artificial intelligence. The game is now capable of displaying significantly more enemies on screen simultaneously, making battles even more intense and dynamic.
