EA Announces Battlefield Hardline Console Delisting and Server Shutdown in 2026
Electronic Arts has revealed its plans to cease support for the console editions of Battlefield Hardline on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This decision entails the removal of the game and all its associated downloadable content (DLC) from digital storefronts.
As per the current schedule, Battlefield Hardline and its DLC will no longer be available for purchase on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store beginning May 22, 2026.
Furthermore, the online servers for Battlefield Hardline on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are slated for permanent shutdown on June 22, 2026. It's important to note that access to the single-player campaign will still be available after this date.
For players on consoles, this announcement provides a remaining window of opportunity to earn any desired Platinum trophies or achievements for the base game and its DLC before the specified delisting and server closure dates.
In contrast, the PC version of Battlefield Hardline is not currently slated for removal from sale, and its online servers are expected to remain fully operational.
