JND Studios Set to Open Pre-Orders for Superman 'Kingdom Come' Statue
JND Studios is set to release a 60.5 cm statue of Superman in 2027, catering to fans of the critically acclaimed "Kingdom Come" comic, celebrated for its profound narrative and distinctive artwork.
The company recently announced that pre-orders for this 1/4 scale Superman statue, inspired by Mark Waid and Alex Ross's iconic DC Comics graphic novel "Kingdom Come," will commence on March 20th at 06:00 MSK.
Collectors will have two versions of this highly anticipated collectible to choose from: an "Original" version and a "Kingdom Come" variant. Each version will be priced at $899 (approximately 76,546 RUB) or 1,480,000 South Korean Won (approximately 84,065 RUB).
Crafted from resin and other premium materials, the statue measures 60.5 cm in height, 31 cm in width, 31 cm in depth, and weighs 3.8 kg. Its release is slated for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The "Kingdom Come" narrative unfolds decades after the Justice League, having long protected Earth, retreated into obscurity. A new generation of heroes has risen, but their extreme methods inspire more fear and chaos than security among the populace.
With the planet's future once again imperiled, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman must return to face a final battle, upholding truth and justice against the encroaching darkness.
