Pearl Abyss has acknowledged player feedback and is preparing to address the identified issues in Crimson Desert.

Shortly after the game's release, players began reporting various problems. Complaints weren't limited to just a confusing control scheme.

The developers of Crimson Desert reviewed the user feedback. They then published a "list of known issues" on the game's Steam community page, inadvertently revealing some unreleased content in the process.

They later added a warning:

The following notice regarding known issues may contain spoilers, such as quest names and boss names. Please exercise caution when reviewing.

Here are some of the known issues in Crimson Desert:

  • A bug was found where attempting to steal fruit from a stall makes the character uncontrollable.
  • A bug was found where the character would get stuck in an uprooted tree they were holding when taking damage.
  • A bug was found where restored settings would not save in certain situations.
  • A bug was found where automatic tracking of the next objective might not work during some quests.
