New Miniatures for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy: Charonite Ogryns, Spartan-Prometheus, and Rapiers
Games Workshop has announced the release of exciting new miniatures for the Warhammer: The Horus Heresy tabletop game, set to delight fans of both the Legiones Astartes and the Solar Auxilia. Upcoming additions include the Charonite Ogryns, the Spartan-Prometheus Land Raider, and new Rapier fire platforms.
For the Legiones Astartes, the Spartan-Prometheus Land Raider makes its debut. This powerful and robust transport can ferry entire squads of warriors, whether in power armour or Terminator suits, directly into the heart of battle. Equipped with formidable weaponry, including massive heavy bolters or laser cannons, this assault tank is versatile enough for both Loyalist and Traitor forces.
Bolstering the ranks of the Solar Auxilia are the Charonite Ogryns. These biochemically modified combatants are encased in reinforced void-suits and enhanced with combat stims. Their arsenal features an array of devastating claws, blades, shredders, and crushers, resembling industrial tools, making them exceptionally dangerous in close quarters.
Furthermore, two new variants of the Rapier fire platform will be available: a Fire Support Battery and a Direct Fire Battery. Updated rules for these new Rapiers and the Charonite Ogryns will be published in the tactical journal "The Battle for Tallarn – Part 1."
