New Mod for The Sims 4 Removes In-Game Marketplace and Premium Currency
An enthusiast has taken it upon themselves to declutter The Sims 4's user interface following a recent update that introduced an in-game marketplace for modifications and a new premium currency.
Many fans of the life simulation game expressed strong dissatisfaction with the addition of a new store within the game, citing that it made the main menu feel overly cluttered and disrupted their gameplay experience.
Among those displeased was the dedicated mod creator, Just Joe, who decided to tackle this issue personally by developing a solution for the community.
Just Joe has successfully introduced a special modification designed to eliminate both "The Sims 4 Marketplace" and its associated currency from the game. This initiative aims to restore a cleaner, more streamlined interface for players.
The modification, titled "S4MRT Version 1.1 (Cleaner In-Game UI)", is now available for download, offering players an immediate way to revert their game's UI to a state without the new marketplace elements.
