Starfinder: Afterlight Space RPG Playtest Kicks Off on Steam, Backed by Owlcat Games
The highly anticipated space role-playing game, Starfinder: Afterlight, has officially launched its playtest on Steam, offering players an early glimpse into its cosmic universe. Developed with the support of industry veteran Owlcat Games, the title is generating significant buzz.
Developers recently initiated this playtest phase for PC gamers via Steam. While the initial plan was to issue 1,000 invitations, the overwhelming community interest quickly exceeded expectations. As a result, 1,500 invitations have already been distributed, with the team actively preparing to expand the testing pool further.
This current round of testing provides an opportunity for players to experience an early build of Starfinder: Afterlight. Interested participants should note that this playtest period will conclude on April 5th.
The project previously caught the eye of Owlcat Games, known for their critically acclaimed RPGs, who subsequently provided support to the Starfinder: Afterlight development team.
