The Defenders Reunite: Luke Cage & Iron Fist Spotted on 'Daredevil: Born Again' Set
It appears Marvel is indeed preparing a full-fledged return for its beloved Netflix heroes.
Recent set photos from the production of the third season of "Daredevil: Born Again" have revealed the presence of Mike Colter, reprising his role as Luke Cage, and Finn Jones as Iron Fist. Kristen Ritter, who has already made her anticipated return as Jessica Jones in the second season, was also seen. These sightings strongly support long-standing rumors and hints from the actors themselves regarding a potential reunion of The Defenders within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
While Ritter appeared openly on set, Colter and Jones were observed attempting to conceal themselves under cloaks. However, Jones was less successful in his efforts, with his face visible in some of the shots.
The return of The Defenders has been a prominent topic of discussion for a while, especially following the news of "Daredevil: Born Again" being renewed for a third season. The series is clearly serving as a crucial platform for reintegrating these fan-favorite Netflix characters into the broader MCU. While the possibility of new solo projects for these heroes exists, there has been no official confirmation yet.
