Warhammer 40,000 Creators Unveil Painting Guide for Krieg Miniatures in Steel Legion Colors
Games Workshop has released a new video guide, allowing Warhammer 40,000 fans and those interested in the history of the War for Armageddon to master painting a Death Korps of Krieg miniature in the iconic colors of the Steel Legion.
The recently released 'Iron Will' trailer, dedicated to the legendary Lord-Commissar Sebastian Yarrick of the 4th Armageddon Steel Legion, has once again drawn the Warhammer 40,000 community's attention to the valiant fighters of the Death Korps of Krieg and the epic War for Armageddon.
In response to this renewed interest, and also for newcomers to the universe, Games Workshop has published a detailed video tutorial on how to paint a plastic miniature of a Death Korps of Krieg soldier, demonstrating how to give it the appearance of a Steel Legionnaire.
For many generations, Armageddon has remained a planet scarred by continuous warfare. As a result, the ranks of the Steel Legion—the planet's original defenders—have significantly dwindled from their former strength.
Though still numerous, the Steel Legion now forms only a small fraction of the vast Astra Militarum forces deployed across the planet, reinforced by regiments arriving from all corners of the Imperium.
