Although Spencer is preparing for his official departure from his position, he plans to remain with the company until summer to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities to the new head of Microsoft Gaming. It’s rare in the gaming industry to see a leader of such caliber gracefully step aside, publicly assuming the role of an assistant to their successor.
