Ubisoft’s Saga Unveiled in Bombora’s New Book “Nothing is True”

Publisher Bombora has announced plans to release the book “Nothing is True,” offering readers insights into how Ubisoft evolved into a gaming empire and what challenges it faced along the way. The publisher confirmed that they are actively working on this edition, dedicated to the history of Ubisoft.

The book will delve into the Guillemot family’s business journey and chronicle how a small French studio transformed into one of the largest international publishers. It will spotlight key figures at Ubisoft, including Patrice Désilets, Jade Raymond, Michel Ancel, and other creators behind popular games.

Dedicated chapters will cover the company’s technologies and innovative projects that have influenced entire gaming genres. The book will also examine Ubisoft’s challenging periods, including the departure of key developers, service failures, high-profile scandals, and efforts to redefine its future.

The book is authored by Nikita Volkovich, a journalist and a prominent contributor to “Mir Fantastiki” (World of Fantasy) magazine, known for his writings on games and the industry. The release date and price of the publication have not yet been disclosed.
